Prepare the Mixture: In a bowl, mix the ground chicken with the egg, milk, salt, pepper, and half of the Harina Los Gallos®. Refrigerate the mixture for a few minutes to make it easier to handle. Then, form the nuggets from the mixture.
Bread the Nuggets: Dredge the nuggets first in the remaining Harina Los Gallos®, then in the beaten egg and milk mixture, and finally in the breading. Repeat this breading process twice. Refrigerate the breaded nuggets again before frying.
Fry and Serve: Heat enough oil in a frying pan and fry the nuggets until they are golden brown and cooked through. Drain them on absorbent paper to remove excess oil. To serve, accompany the nuggets with french fries. Drizzle with Thousand Island dressing and ketchup. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
